Lights dimmed and distinct rays of blue became prominent as E.L.F.s waved their lightsticks to the increasing volume and beat playing in the background as the names ‘LEETEUK’ and ‘HEECHUL’ shone brightly on the screen. This marked the start of the Super Junior-83z Fancon Tour in Singapore!
Beep.. beep.. beep.. A figure of a bus then appeared on screen and here comes the opening beats of ‘Promise’ as the screen split into two, revealing who everyone in the hall was waiting for!
The show kicked off with Leeteuk’s sweet vocals, followed by Heechul’s soaring high notes, as the two stepped away from the bus setup and moved closer to the audience. The atmosphere in the hall was electric!
Smiles of E.L.F.s continued to widen as they transited into ‘SOLOVE’ before their introduction with the familiar “We are Super Junior!” Screams became louder and smiles were brighter as the duo expressed how they appreciated the opportunity to see and hear fans in the intimate venue.
E.L.F.s were then brought back in time when the stage and mood transformed as nostalgic photos and moments back from 2005 till present scrolled through in the background as they performed ‘All My Heart’, a classic from 16 years ago. Both members engaged the crowd, walking to the edges of the stage, waving and throwing finger hearts around.

One of the most anticipated performances came as the spotlight shone onto Leeteuk in between red curtains the moment the beat for his solo ‘Bad Name’ dropped. Smooth movements, attention capturing vocals and a revealing outfit got fans screaming for more in this jaw dropping stage.

Heechul, on the other hand, served an upbeat rock-trot stage, ‘GODOGNAM’, which represented him extremely well. He wore his signature red in between the monochrome stage that made him stood out, especially more when he got closer to the audience as he made his way down the stage.
The hall was filled with laughter as more hilarious moments were made when the fancon transited into an interactive segment. The witty duo imitated several popular challenges including ‘Shanghai Romance’, that Heechul ended up improvising instead. Leeteuk also pulled off ‘Chanel’ so smoothly, that Heechul described it as “Something the Singapore fans love“.
The last challenge of ‘Iconic Hearts’ came after a round of game that brought aggressive moves and more meme-worthy moments before the segment ended with the duo’s usual bicker of who did it better.

The hall had a hearty laugh before the atmosphere turned hotter, and lightsticks were waved with more energy when Leeteuk and Heechul continued their performances with Super Junior’s medley hit songs ‘Rokkugo!!!’, ‘Super Duper’ and ‘Oppa Oppa’.
White lights, and a classic 2010s background shone through as the second Super Junior Medley echoed in the hall with ‘Bonamana’, ‘Mr. Simple’, ‘Sexy, Free & Single’ and the global hit ‘Sorry, Sorry’.
More photos from their earlier days soon flashed on screen while they sang to the tune of ‘More Than Love’, ending the stage with emotional high notes that complemented each other’s voices.
Purple and blue rays shone at separate sides while the duo emotionally expressed their feelings through ‘ONSAEMIRO’ before wrapping up the fancon with their heartfelt bows and waves to the audience.
But of course, Super Junior did not disappoint as they once again appeared on stage with ‘Sweet Dream’ as both members took different sides of the stage. Steady vocals and touching emotions were conveyed through their voices, especially more when the separated red and white background gradually blends into one as the song came to an end.
One of the highlights was undoubtedly the moment the beat to ‘Sarang’ dropped, with both members sporting bags strapped to their bodies. As Leeteuk delivered the opening line, Heechul began handing out signed balls to a few lucky E.L.F.s, making sure to reach fans in both the stalls and circle seating sections. Leeteuk soon joined him in distributing the signed balls before the two left the stage and made their way around the first floor, getting closer to the fans. As the excitement continued to build, fans rose to their feet, and the screams grew louder.

Then came the familiar sound of a classic that the crowd was so familiar with, ‘Miracle’. Fans stayed standing as everyone vibed along, waving lightsticks and singing along till the last beat completed.
Heechul expressed “We urgently prepared this“ when they ran on stage for the last time to deliver ‘Super Girl’, a much requested encore from the crowd! This bonus stage left the crowd elated and ended the fancon on a high!
Thank you Super Junior-83z, for giving us another amazing memory to cherish! We look forward to creating many more wonderful memories with you on our little island.
