[PHILIPPINES] Healing together with The Rose through their music

South Korean band, The Rose, performed in front of their Filipino fans for their Heal Together World Tour in Manila last January 14, 2023 at the SM North EDSA Skydome.

After completing their military service, The Rose released their latest album, Heal. Not long after, the band embarked on their Heal Together World Tour, visiting their fans from North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

A full-house crowd filled the whole venue as the Filipino Black Roses welcomed back Woosung, Dojoon, Hajoon, and Jaehyun back to Manila. Their Filipino fans have been waiting for them for a long time and everyone was looking forward to seeing the boys again.

The Rose kicked off their concert with their songs Definition of Ugly Is, Insomnia, She’s In The Rain, Modern Life, and California, to name a few.

The multi-talented band put their heart and soul into their performance, with quality music and vocals, as if they were listening to the studio version. The boys then delighted their fans with I Don’t Know You, Candy, Red, See-saw, Childhood, and I.L.Y.

“Manila has a different energy,” said Dojoon. “Yes, hands down – the loudest city in Southeast Asia,” added Woosung. The Manila crowd is really something that any artist wouldn’t want to miss. The whole venue was filled with echoes of fans singing along to every single word. The boys began to dance a bit around the stage – interacting with one another and their fans. They were all smiling and laughing as they played and sang.

The Rose prepared a lot of performances for their fans. They continued to perform more of their songs Shift, Time, Yes, Sorry, Beauty and the Beast, Cure, Sour, and lastly, Black Rose.

This concert experience was definitely one you wouldn’t forget. The boys promised that they would be back next year.

We would like to thank Three Angles Production for the media invite!
