[PHILIPPINES] B.I Meets Filipino IDs Again at Privé Alliance’s Special Event in Manila

South Korean singer-rapper Kim Hanbin, professionally known as B.I, recently visited Manila for a special event in partnership with the streetwear fashion label Privé Alliance. The spectacular affair, named Privé Alliance Meets B.I, took place on March 4, 2024 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

B.I set the stage for the show with his song Loved. In the first segment, the artist shared insights into his fashion preferences, stating, “I find myself leaning towards very comfortable clothes nowadays. While I used to gravitate towards streetwear fashion in the past, these days, I opt for styles that prioritize comfort.”

Upon reflecting on the collection and a variety of pieces like hoodies, t-shirts, and sweatpants, B.I expressed, “In considering the overall context, I believe the collection can be described in one word – comfort.”

B.I shared his plans for the year, confirming an upcoming tour that includes a stop in the Philippines. While there hasn’t been an official announcement yet, he expressed confidence that he will add the Philippines to his next tour, urging fans to show their love and support during the tour. The tour is scheduled to kick off in South Korea on May 18.

During the “Lucky Me!” segment of the show, B.I generously presented exclusive Privé Alliance clothing items with his signature to six lucky fans. The artist went above and beyond by personally delivering the special garments to audience members, including a six-year-old boy.

Fans expressed their affection for B.I through multiple surprises including a surprise video, a surprise banner, and holding blue roses when the surprise video was shown. 

Concluding the show’s final segment, B.I sang his song, Cosmos, and autographed the shirt he had been wearing, temporarily stepping backstage to remove it. Upon returning to the stage, he tossed the signed shirt into the audience, making a fortunate fan’s day. Expressing gratitude for the fans’ presence on a Monday, B.I assured them of his return to Manila in the future.
