[UPCOMING EVENT] THE ROSE: DAWN TO DUSK ASIA TOUR IN KUALA LUMPUR

COUNT YOUR PETALS, BLACK ROSE because The Rose will be coming to Malaysia for their Dawn to Dusk Asia Tour stop in Kuala Lumpur next week! The quartet will be performing on January 31, 2024 at Mega Star Arena, KL.

Malaysia is seeing the return of South Korean indie boy band The Rose after four years. Since then the group has seen miraculous growth, having sent off three members to do their mandatory military service and signing with a new company. But all is good and the four of them have returned stronger than ever, to show an even more unique side of them to their fans, called Black Roses.

The members of The Rose – vocalist and guitarist Kim Woo-sung, keyboardist and vocalist Park Do-joon, drummer Lee Ha-joon, and bassist Lee Jaehyeong – first crossed paths in Seoul’s busking scene. Operating under their label Windfall in collaboration with Transparent Arts, the band is renowned for their emotionally charged English and Korean songs like Back to Me, Red, She’s in the Rain, and debut single Sorry, which catapulted them to fame.

To date, The Rose has launched two studio albums, Heal and Dual, along with two EPs, Void and Dawn, and a single album, Red. They have also released numerous singles that have left their mark on global charts. After announcing the American and Canadian leg of the tour in mid-2023, the boy band announced that they will be bringing the DAWN TO DUSK TOUR to Asia and Europe. Luckily to all of the Black Roses, Malaysia was included in one of the stops for the tour, in Kuala Lumpur.

Situated in the center of Kuala Lumpur, Mega Star Arena KL is a recently built concert venue. The hall’s mid-sized dimensions offer a unique advantage, fostering a more intimate connection between The Rose and their fans through the power of music. The concert setup encompasses five distinct seating sections, providing fans the flexibility to choose their concert experience according to their preferences.
