SG KPOPCON 2015

SG KPOPCON is embarking on a hunt for Singapore’s best K-pop talent to represent our country in various international competitions, namely the KBS K-pop World Festival and K-pop Festival by the Visit Korea Committee!

The event aims to be an annual event which celebrates the union of culture and interest of K-pop among the locals of Singapore. The event will not only host a K-pop competition where the winner will be selected to represent Singapore in Korea (inclusive of air travel and day-to-day expenses) but is also set to showcase various performances by both local and overseas artistes, highlighting the beauty and culture of the two countries (Korea and Singapore)!

SG KPOPCON is currently accepting video submissions until the 7th of June 2015 for both the dancing and singing categories. The winner of the Best Cover Dance title will win an all-expense paid trip to Korea and an opportunity to perform at K-POP Festival 2015, while the winner of the Best Vocal and Best Performance title will get the chance to represent Singapore and compete with other country representatives in KBS’s K-POP WORLD FESTIVAL.

Video guidelines are as follows:

• Video uploaded has to be clear and of focus (best to have video quality of 720p)
• Video should not exceed 6 minutes long.
• For the vocal category, ensure that vocal audio is clear and not covered by the instrumental track.
• Note that the video should be set to public with the link emailed to us.
• Please name the title of your submission video as “SGKPOPCON 2015 Audition Name/GroupName”
