[UPCOMING EVENT] NANTA (Cookin’) & The Painters: HERO to ignite all senses at Resorts World Theatre in Singapore

This June, two of Korea’s most popular art performances, NANTA (Cookin’) and The Painters: HERO, will bring their explosive live shows to Singapore at the Resorts World Theatre, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS)! Aligning perfectly with the school holidays, children are also able to enjoy these internationally-acclaimed acts together with the entire family.

Audiences can expect to be kept on edge throughout both high-energy Korean performances, especially with never-before-seen content from The Painters: HERO and the best team yet performing at NANTA (Cookin’) this year.  The element of audience participation and interaction allows viewers to have an immersive experience and ignites all five senses, contributing to the success and popularity of the shows.

NANTA (Cookin’) is a highly rated comic musical non-verbal performance that has reached out to an audience of over eight million around the world since its debut in October 1997. The show can be described as a ‘MasterChef meets STOMP’  theatrical spectacle, the likes of which you have never seen before. Conceptualised from the traditional Korean instrumental performance ‘Samulnori’, professionally trained chefs bring a whole new experience by combining the art of music and culinary to create magic on stage.

The Painters: HERO is another mind-blowing innovative non-verbal art performance that couples 3D video art together with action-packed dance and comedic performances. The Painters: HERO has reached out to over two million international audience members, with 7,000 shows within five years in Seoul and Jeju theaters. The show focuses on re-enacting all-time favorite superstars and heroes such as Michael Jackson, Bruce Lee and even Superman through their own interpretation in art form.

NANTA (Cookin’) 2016 and The Painters: HERO 2016 is presented by RWS and Red Spade Entertainment.
