[SINGAPORE] YESUNG Swoons Fans At The 2025 [It’s Complicated] Concert

YESUNG, the main vocalist of Super Junior, brought his first-ever solo concert, 2025 YESUNG CONCERT [It’s Complicated] in SINGAPORE, to The Theatre at Mediacorp on February 28, 2025. After kicking off in Seoul and making stops in Bangkok and Hong Kong, the highly anticipated show finally landed on Singapore’s shores. Curious about what went down? We’ve got all the highlights—read on!

The concert opened with a visually striking moment—YESUNG’s band remained hidden behind a screen illuminated with holographic projections, creating a dynamic, multi-dimensional effect. As anticipation built, the moment arrived. YESUNG stepped into the spotlight and launched into Small Things, instantly captivating the crowd. He followed up with Between and Like Us (Sensory Flows), setting the tone for an emotionally rich and unforgettable evening.

Greeting the audience with a beaming smile, YESUNG expressed his excitement at performing solo in Singapore for the first time. He likened the experience to a first date, playfully teasing, “I’ll try to flirt and make you fall in love with me tonight!”—a promise that left  the crowd swooning.

And he more than delivered. Serenading both E.L.F and Clouds—the devoted fandoms of Super Junior and himself—with heartfelt renditions of Scented Things and A Letter in the Wind, he created a dreamlike atmosphere. As he sang, rain visuals cascaded across the stage, while fog swirled around him, wrapping the scene in an ethereal glow that heightened the emotional pull of each note.

A quick costume change later, and YESUNG was back, bringing a playful energy to the stage with a medley of Beautiful Night, Eat’s OK, and Pink Magic. But he didn’t come empty-handed. Picking up a tote bag filled with goodies, he delighted fans by digging in and tossing snack packs into the audience. And during Pink Magic, he took fan engagement to the next level—stepping down from the stage to get up close and personal, making hearts race.

But the surprises didn’t end there. Switching gears, he melted hearts with Yours Eternally, his heartfelt rendition of Eric Chou’s beloved ballad Unbreakable Love, before seamlessly transitioning into It Has to Be You, the iconic OST from the K-drama Cinderella’s Sister. It was a moment of pure nostalgia and emotion, proving once again that YESUNG’S voice has the power to captivate, comfort, and leave a lasting impression.

The night continued with more enchanting medleys, including Parallel Lines—a special addition to the setlist just for his fans. Acknowledging their love for the song, he made sure it had its moment, a thoughtful gesture that spoke volumes about his deep appreciation for those who have supported him through the years as a member of Super Junior and also as a solo artist.

As the concert drew closer to its finale, the energy surged. YESUNG encouraged fans to join in on the choreography for Easy—a routine as effortless as the song’s title suggested—before diving straight into It’s Complicated, the title track from his latest album. The momentum carried through Silhouette, leading to the closing performance of Slide Away. Before saying his final goodbye, he left fans with a heartfelt promise, reminding them that 2026 would mark the 10th anniversary of his solo debut. With a playful smile, he teased, “Since we like each other, let’s meet more often!”.
