[PHILIPPINES] Waterbomb Manila 2025: Experience the Best of Music, Energy, and Live Performances

Waterbomb, South Korea’s hottest summer music festival, finally made its highly anticipated debut in the Philippines, turning the Quirino Grandstand into the ultimate party zone. Over two electrifying days, fans were treated to an insane lineup of K-pop, K-hip hop, and EDM acts, complete with high-energy performances, massive water fights, and an unforgettable festival experience.

DAY 1: CHANYEOL, HWASA, EPIK HIGH & MORE BRING THE HEAT

The festival kicked off with a bang as Thea Astley set the stage on fire with her powerful vocals, hyping up the crowd for what was to come. APRO and B.I kept the momentum going with their energetic sets, building excitement for the night ahead.

IMLAY took over next, delivering a dynamic performance with his signature beats. Lee Chaeyeon then wowed the audience with Knock before treating fans to an emotional IZ*ONE medley (La Vie en Rose, Violeta, Panorama).

Kim Jong Kook brought a wave of nostalgia with Hwasa and Black Cat Nero, followed by J.E.B, who kept the energy high. K-hip hop legends Dynamicduo then dropped bangers like BAAAM and Smoke, firing up the crowd.

Rising girl group STAYC took the stage next, charming fans with their feel-good hits Bubble, So Bad, Teddy Bear, RUN2U, and ASAP. DJ Roots kept the beats pumping before Baekho set hearts racing with his deep vocals and captivating stage presence.

Kwon Eunbi followed with a mesmerizing performance of Door, Sabotage, and Underwater, further proving her growth as a solo artist. ZB & Ation then brought their energy to the stage before the night heated up with Hwasa, who delivered a show-stopping set of Twit, Maria, Body, and Chilli.

Hip-hop icons Epik High had the entire venue jumping with Born Hater, proving why they remain legends in the industry. As the night drew to a close, Raiden kept the crowd moving before Chanyeol delivered one of the most highly anticipated performances of the night. With his electrifying stage presence, he had fans screaming as he performed Hasta La Vista and tracks from his solo album Black Out.

As fireworks lit up the sky and water cannons drenched the ecstatic crowd, Day 1 wrapped up on an unforgettable high, setting the stage for an even bigger second day.


DAY 2: JESSI, SUNMI, HYOLYN & A NIGHT OF ICONIC STAGE PRESENCE

If Day 1 was all about high energy, Day 2 was a showcase of pure star power and unmatched stage presence.

The festival kicked off with performances from Bilib & Zela and Kenet before U-Kwon ignited the stage with his solo hits Fuego, Wanna Do, and Tough Love. He also treated fans to Block B-Bastarz’s Zero for Conduct and hyped up the crowd with Block B’s classic Her, proving his versatility as a performer.

2Spade then brought their unique sound, followed by Viviz, the trio composed of former GFRIEND members Eunha, SinB, and Umji. They delivered a vibrant and synchronized set, captivating the audience with Bop Bop, Shhh, and their signature sleek choreography. Their elegant yet energetic stage presence reminded fans why they continue to shine as a unit.

Skull & Haha, Reddy, Sulreagee, and Yang Se Chan kept the festival buzzing with their mix of hip-hop and reggae vibes before the night’s biggest acts took over.

Mar Vista took the stage next, leading into Gray, whose smooth beats and effortless flow hyped up the crowd. Oh My Girl followed with their signature charm, performing Maniac, Bungee, Nonstop, Dolphin, Secret Garden, and Dun Dun Dance, filling the venue with their vibrant energy.

Rising girl group Siena Girls then had their moment before Kang Daniel made his long-awaited return to Manila after nearly three years. The multitalented performer wowed fans with his dynamic set, proving once again why he’s a K-pop powerhouse.

Next up, Hyolyn set the stage ablaze with her powerful vocals and high-energy choreography, taking the festival to new heights. Aster & Neo kept the momentum going before Bambam stole hearts, delighting fans with his performance of Raining in Manila, blending K-pop and OPM in a truly special moment.

Sunmi, a true icon, mesmerized the crowd with her unique style and star power, performing 24 Hours and Gashina, proving why she remains a force in the industry.

As the festival drew to a close, InsideCore took the spotlight before Jessi wrapped up the night with an explosive set, dropping Zoom and Nunu Nana while teasing new music. Her fierce presence and bold energy made for the perfect finale to Waterbomb Manila’s debut.
