[NEWS] Live Musical ‘BLUE HELMET: A SONG OF MEISSA’ To Be Screened in Singapore For One Day Only

Becoming a K-Pop idol has become one of the top choices among youngsters. With the increase in the global popularity of Hallyu, it is easy to see why. BLUE HELMET: A SONG OF MEISSA tells the story of a young man, Laman, who dreams of becoming a K-Pop star and ultimately stands at the edge of winning the audition, this live musical will be full of dreams, hope, and friendship, and is sure to be heartwarming.

BLUE HELMET: A SONG OF MEISSA will follow the footsteps of other live musicals in Singapore, brought in exclusively by Golden Village. For only one day, the live musical will be telecasted simultaneously with Korea on the big screen — August 28, 2022.

Superstars with big global fandom such as Jang Ki-Yong (male lead of My Roommate is a Gumiho) as Yeon Joon-Seok who faces crossroad in his life in Khamur, Kim Hyo-Jin (ONF) as Yoo Sun-Ho, a man who loves arts and dreams of helping others, and Lee Seung-Jun (ONF) playing the cheerful young man Lee Jeong-hyuk to meet their global fans. Furthermore, this project also brings together some of Korea’s most acclaimed creators, such as director Lee Gina, composer Woody Pak, musical director Kim Moon-Jeong, and many others. The streaming service provided by performance-focused platform MetaTheatre will allow users to experience the lively choreography, addictive scores, and spectacular stage production as if you are watching the performance in-person.
