Last Saturday, The Nation’s Boyfriend showered his Malaysian fans with love and kindness by gifting them a day filled with amazing performances and fan service. Park Bo Gum met with his fans at the KLCC Plenary Hall for his Asia Tour titled,Good Day.
Bo Gum explained that he named his tour Good Day, because he wanted all his fans to have a good day every day.
The evening began with Bo Gum singing “I Like You” by Day6, to show his fans that he loves them very much. Lucky draws were held, and two fans were able to go on stage and re-enact famous Park Bo Gum scenes with him. Another fan got the chance to win a one-of-a-kind diffuser made by Bo Gum, and many others got the chance to win items that Bo Gum brought with him such as t-shirts, calendars and even an apron he wore during his last fanmeet in Malaysia.
The event progressed with Bo Gum singing “Let’s Go See the Star” while walking through the crowd. He sang many other heart warming ballads including “Through the Night” by IU, an Encounter OST, “Always be With You” and “My Dearest.”
Bo Gum gifted his fans with several energetic and dance performances which made the crowd cheer and laugh. He surprised the crowd by performing a combination of “Bounce” and “Honey.” He got the crowd to get up from their seats and dance during his performances of “With You,” “Swallowing with My Heart,” and “Entertainer.” Bo Gum worried for his fans safety and reminded them to stay where they were.
One of the highlights of this show was definitely his rendition of “Belaian Jiwa” by Innuendo. It was so moving as he dedicated this song to his Malaysian fans and even played on the piano.
Not forgetting his encore dance performance of Twice’s “What is Love?” and Seventeen’s “Pretty U”, Park Bo Gum is definitely a dance machine! During his performance of “Must Have Love” he handed out personally signed hearts to the crowd. His backup dancers also went all around the hall to give them out.
The night came to an end with Bo Gum singing “I Bless You,” to thank all his fans for supporting him and showing him love. Fans were greeted personally during a Hi-Touch session with him, right after the event ended as they exited the hall.
We are thankful for all the love shown to us by Park Bo Gum on that night, as well as the organising committee who carried out the event splendidly. We hope he gets a lot of rest, and we’re excited to see what he has in store for his upcoming activities!
