Legendary boy group INFINITE had their highly anticipated return to Malaysia as part of their 15th Anniversary Concert Tour ‘LIMITED EDITION’ held at Mega Star Arena on February 22, 2025! The band is no stranger to Malaysian shores, having been here for their ONE GREAT STEP tour back in 2013, and they are back after 12 years.
Unfortunately, the band performed with only 5 members for this particular stop as prior to the concert, it was informed that leader Sungkyu was unable to participate due to personal reasons. Woohyun addressed this situation at their opening segment, requesting the fans for a moment of silence in honour of Sungkyu’s older sister.
Despite that, there were no missed steps as INFINITE performed their biggest hits such as Last Romeo, Paradise and The Eye with such ease, showcasing their signature choreography and stable vocals to the sold out arena.

Each member also had the chance to perform their respective solo stages, where Seongjong and L went the rockstar route with their Monster Time and Shot solo stage, followed by Sungyeol and Dongwoo‘s charming stages with What’s Not To Love and True Love respectively. The segment capped off with Woohyun’s emotional performance of KONTROL, in honour of Sungkyu.
Fitting with the concert’s ‘LIMITED EDITION’ title, INFINITE performed their much loved B-side tracks like Can U Smile, Nothing’s Over and Find Me on top of performing their popular title tracks such as The Chaser and Be Mine. They also performed songs from their latest album like New Emotions and AIR, the song which they later mentioned was the first time performing in the concert series!

Towards the end of the concert, the members expressed their appreciation for INSPIRIT (INFINITE’s fandom name) for their continuous support and promised to come again next time with Sungkyu. Woohyun also slipped a Malay sentence “jangan suka orang lain” (don’t like anyone else) during his ment, which got the fans cheering.
The concert ended with INFINITE performing a series of tracks as part of their encore stage: Beautiful, Entrust, Cover Girl, and Lately while taking their time to interact with the fans.

The 3-hour concert was very satisfying to attend as INFINITE took us down memory lane with their hit track after hit track. We look forward to the band’s next appearance in Malaysia, whether as solo artists, or as a full band (with Sungkyu of course)!
