
The King has officially returned to Kuala Lumpur, pulsed with every beat of G-DRAGON! On July 19and 20, 2025, the Axiata Arena was set ablaze with back-to-back sold-out shows as G-DRAGON brought his 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] in Kuala Lumpur, presented by Hong Leong Bank. This production brought a thrilling show in the city, leaving an unforgettable impression on Malaysian fans.
G-DRAGON in The House!

From the very moment the lights dimmed, the energy in the arena ignited as soon as G-DRAGON appeared on the stage covered in a red roses jacket. With a magnetic entrance, he stormed the stage and unleashed a powerful energy, starting off with POWER and HOME SWEET HOME, where virtual appearances by TAEYANG and DAESUNG sent chills down the spine of every fan present. The opening alone was enough to trigger waves of emotion, setting the stage for an unforgettable beautiful journey.
The setlist was a masterclass in musical storytelling where a bold fusion of nostalgia and evolution was presented on both days. G-DRAGON delivered fan’s all-time favorite anthems like Crooked, Crayon, Heartbreaker and One of a Kind, seamlessly alongside brand-new tracks including BONAMANA, TOO BAD and DRAMA. These songs weren’t just performances, they were chapters in Übermensch, where his conceptually driven project that dives deep into themes of self-transcendence, reinvention, and artistic liberation.

G-DRAGON made full use of every inch of the venue, from the main stage to the farthest corners, ensuring no fan was left unseen. Whether it was a dreamlike, multi-level staircase or a dramatic crane lift, he brought himself closer to every section, making the experience feel personal and inclusive. One of the most breathtaking moments came when he soared above the crowd on the crane, a surreal sight that left fans trembling in awe as they watched him perform, suspended in the air, just meters away.

As the night unfolded, the arena morphed into a living, breathing ocean of color. Light sticks danced in perfect synchrony, fan chants thundered between songs, and the energy pulsed like a heartbeat shared by thousands. The emotional final song, Untitled, 2014, blanketed the venue in a gentle and unwilling to let go of this beautiful moment. As G-DRAGON poured his soul into his last stage, fans sang along and created a shared moment intimately yet powerful and left an indelible mark on everyone in the room.
KL, Ready for BIGBANG?
Fully aware of the overwhelming demand for BIGBANG’s return as a group, G-DRAGON playfully teased the audience with a glimmer of hope, hinting that their long-awaited dream might finally come true. With a knowing smile, he suggested that VIPs could expect a group comeback as early as next year, sending the crowd into a frenzy of excitement and anticipation.
