Excitement filled the air as SARANGHAEYO INDONESIA 2024 welcomed the crowds of EXOLs, roadY, BOSS, and MY DAYS! It was successfully held at Beach City International Stadium, May 4th, with an incredible line-up by XIUMIN, CHEN, xikers, BOY STORY, Young K, and DAY6.
Beautiful Voices Fill Up The Stadium
The crowd erupted with screams when XIUMIN officially kicked off the show with his latest title track Brand New. With the non stop cheers, EXOLs certainly proved they have been longing to catch XIUMIN’s performances for a long time.
It was soon followed by Serenity and Love Letter, and was then continued with energetic performances of Daisy and Feedback before ending his segment with the famous unreleased song Beyond.
The show then continued with youthful performances from XIKERS! The energy they brought to the stage was undoubtedly beautiful and strong and left the crowd going crazy for more!
They were definitely unstoppable performing We Don’t Stop as their first opening stage in Indonesia. roadY went even crazier when they continued to heat up the stage with all-time favourite tracks TRICKY HOUSE and ROCKSTAR.
After a short greeting with the fans, XIKERS continued to light up the stage with HOMEBOY and RUN! They soon ended their performances with some heavy rap from RED SUN and they were definitely killin’ it!
The final performer from the first segment was none other than CHEN! Starting strong with Last Scene, the crowd was mesmerised by how CHEN’s voice beautifully filled the stadium. It was further amplified through his next stage where he sang Beautiful Goodbye that had the entire stadium singing along.
CHEN then greeted fans and talked about how it is always full of energy every time he performs in Indonesia and expressed his hopes to meet Indonesian fans more in the future! Despite a slight problem with the audio system, fans were treated to an acapella version of Shall We from the talented singer.
Saving the best for last, the crowd grew louder in cheers as CHEN lighted up the stadium with his famous OST tracks, Everytime and Best Luck, ending his segment beautifully.
Get Ready to Rock n Roll!
Kicking off the second part of the show, Young K of DAY6 greeted fans on stage with crowd favourites waited and natural!
After a quick lovely interaction with fans, he then continued with playground, babo, and Microphone with the crowd singing along to every song. To end the his stage for the night, he serenaded the crowd with best song and let it be summer after taking a snap shot with the crowd!
The next to perform was BOY STORY, marking SARANGHAEYO INDONESIA 2024 their first ever visit to Indonesia!
The boys kicked off their stage with Z.I.P (Zero Is the only Passion), unleashing their energetic selves to the fans. They then continued with What’s Poppin and after spending some time interacting with fans, BOY STORY continued with their hit song Alpha, along with On The Way and a special fan song, For Us. Before ending their performances, they also sang an Indonesian track Dekat di Hati by RAN which earned them thunderous cheers from the crowd! The boys officially bid goodbye with a performance of their new unreleased track Please.
After a long five years wait, it was finally time for DAY6 to perform and needless to say, loud screams and cheers welcomed the boys as soon as they appeared on stage! They kicked things off with Welcome to the Show and HAPPY before taking some time to officially greet the fans.
Reciprocating the same high energy and enthusiasm from the crowd, DAY6 continued to jam with I Wish, You Were Beautiful, and I Like You. Emotions were running at an all-time high as fans were thrilled to finally catch the boys perform the songs live. The mood was further heightened when the boys had an impromptu karaoke session with the fans as they sang along to You Were Beautiful together.
They continued with performances of Love me or Leave me, I Wait, and SHOOT ME that had everyone screaming for more. Ending the precious night, DAY6 closed the stage with Time of Our Life. Adding a little surprise, the boys returned for an encore with Best Part, officially ending the show on a high note!
