Jakarta was buzzing with excitement on June 7, as Indonesian Melody (BTOB’s fandom name) lit up The Kasablanka Hall for the long-awaited solo event, 2025 BTOB FAN-CON ‘3,2,1 GO! MELympic’ in Jakarta. Kicking off at exactly 1 PM, the venue erupted with energy as Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik and Peniel delivered a vibrant and unforgettable show. Although BTOB visited Indonesia for a festival late last year, fans have long been waiting for this solo event.
The fan-con kicked off with a fun twist. Instead of entering from the main stage, each member appeared from different corners behind the audience, just like athletes entering a stadium during the Olympic opening ceremony. Hyunsik made a particularly memorable entrance by climbing up to the center seating area and waving grandly to Melody. Each entrance was accompanied by a unique song that matched the member’s personality. The most show-stopping moment came when Eunkwang made his grand entrance to the beat of STECU (Setelan Cuek)—a viral song in Indonesia. His high-energy presence had fans screaming in delight, living up to his reputation for always bringing laughter.

After making their grand entrance, BTOB took the parody even further by delivering an athlete’s oath onstage, sending fans into fits of laughter. Just when the energy couldn’t get any higher, beloved Indonesian MC Indra Herlambang appeared to roaring applause, his signature humor setting the perfect tone. Without wasting time, the boys picked colored balls to split into two rival teams: the ‘90′ duo Eunkwang and Minhyuk vs. the chaotic ‘Eeee aaaa‘ pair, Peniel and Hyunsik—officially kicking off the MELympic competition.
MELympic kicked into high gear with the group game Who’s the King of Baseball, sparking competitive chaos and nonstop laughter. The excitement continued with individual challenges, from Take My Love Shot Put! to an interactive fun game involving Melody called Melody Ball Rolling. In a surprising turn, Eunkwang—who had never clinched first place at any MELympic sessions—finally took home the gold medal at Jakarta’s MELympic, drawing thunderous cheers. On the flip side, Hyunsik, who didn’t earn a single medal, became the unofficial medal bearer for his teammates. The fun escalated when the audience playfully urged Eunkwang to deliver his victory speech in English, knowing full well that his famously funny attempts would be comedy gold. And boy, he did not disappoint.

With the games wrapped up, MC Indra returned to the stage for one last crowd-pleasing surprise. Teaming up with Eunkwang, he flawlessly danced the choreography to Missing You, earning a wave of applause from both the members and the entire venue. Riding on the energy, BTOB then transitioned into the concert portion of the show with back-to-back performances of Stay and Starry Night.
Known for their exceptional vocal talents, BTOB delivered live performances that were pitch-perfect and packed with emotion. The highlight came when they performed their signature ballad Missing You, which has become nothing short of an anthem among Melody. As soon as the first notes rang out, the entire venue turned into a massive chorus, with every audience member singing along in harmony.

Even during the concert set, BTOB’s signature humor didn’t take a break. In between songs, the members kept the audience laughing with their spontaneous banter and playful interactions. Hyunsik wowed the crowd with an impromptu a cappella performance, showing off his smooth vocals, while Minhyuk and Peniel—though not the main vocalists—effortlessly tackled challenging melodies. Their performance of Hi Beautiful turned into a fun surprise when the members suddenly made their way into the crowd, dancing and singing among fans, turning the hall into one giant party.
The night closed with a heartfelt rendition of Beautiful to Me, wrapping up a 10-song set that stretched over three hours of pure joy. Before saying goodbye, BTOB made a warm promise to return to Jakarta, something fans will no doubt hold on to. It was more than just a fan-con; it was a beautifully chaotic, laugh-filled, and heartwarming afternoon shared between BTOB and their beloved Melody.
Counting the days until we can meet BTOB again.
