[INDONESIA] A Show Full of Colors at “TWICELAND ZONE 2: Fantasy Park” in Jakarta

Despite it was their first visit to Indonesia, TWICE has proven their spot as one of the most powerful K-pop girl groups today through exceptional performances for a roaring crowd at “TWICELAND ZONE 2: Fantasy Park” in Jakarta held last Saturday at ICE BSD City!

A show full of colours
If we could describe a show by colours, then TWICE’s concert was a rainbow, as various sides of the girls were shown through special performances. Starting with a cover of BoA’s “Valenti”, the girls showed a different side of themselves through smooth body waves, followed by Dahyun’s transformation into “Dahyunism” as she performed her own version of Rain’s “Rainism“. As if it was not enough, Jihyo, Momo, and Tzuyu showcased their strong presence on stage through their cover of Beyonce’s “End of Time”, while Jeongyeon and Nayeon created a funky vibe through a cover of Taecyeon’s “My Ear’s Candy”. Last but not least to show their own colours are Sana, Mina, and Chaeyoung by performing their own version of Wax’s “Oppa”.

Most Meaningful Since it’s the Last
Having Indonesia as their final stop for “TWICELAND ZONE 2: Fantasy Park” concert tour, the girls can’t help but to continuously mention how meaningful it was for them to be able to perform on stage. It was evident throughout the night as all nine of them gave their all for every of their performances! One of the highlights of the night was how synchronised the girls and ONCE(s) were during each performance, as the fan-chants became one with the atmosphere during hit songs such as “Like Ooh Ah“, “Cheer Up“, “Likey“, and “TT“.

Promises Were Made
Nearing the end of the show,it was getting harder for ONCEs to part with TWICE and so the girls performed an acoustic version of “What is Love” followed by a fan project video as a gift from Indonesian ONCE(s) for the girls. Jihyo couldn’t contain her emotions and expressed how touched and thankful she was towards their fans. The night came to a close with TWICE promising the crowd that they will return in the future with many more exciting stages!
