[INDONESIA] A Ray Of Sunshine In Times of Darkness at K-Content Expo 2018 Press Conference

As part of K-Content Expo 2018Highlight, Lyn, Lovelyz, K.A.R.D & SNUPER were invited to perform in Jakata for iLotte K-pop Concert. Before greeting fans with their performances, the stars gathered for a press conference along with KOCCA representatives.

The press conference began with a speech of condolences for the recent tragedy that happened in Sulawesi, Indonesia by Mr. Kim Young Jun as CEO of KOCCA (Korea Creative Content Agency). KOCCA also provided donations for victims of earthquake and tsunami in Sulawesi through Indonesian Red Cross (PMI).

It was soon followed by a quick photo session with the celebrities who will be performing at the concert and singer Lyn showcased her fluency in Bahasa Indonesia which took the crowd by surprise! What was more shocking was she revealed she had no prior lessons before this but simply learned through comments left by Indonesian fans on her SNS. Lyn also mentioned she hopes to be able to officially learn this beautiful language one day.

Lovelyz who was here for the first time was asked regarding their thoughts of being in Jakarta and they shared they felt nervous to perform in front of Indonesian Lovelinus. They also talked about the great turn-out at the airport upon their arrival and was glad to know they have a lot of fans in Indonesia!

It was also SNUPER’s first visit to Jakarta and when asked about their favorite food from Indonesia, they all responded with ‘Nasi Goreng’. K.A.R.D member B.M who was sitting at the other side also agreed with them! 😛  Then, K.A.R.D talked about how glad they were to come to Indonesia for the second time this year. The responses during their first concert was great, so they were hoping to get the same support this time as well.

Highlight then greeted the crowd and Yoseob offered his condolences for the victims of earthquake and tsunami in Sulawesi. He expressed his sadness upon reading the news and could not have imagined if it had happened to his loved ones. He hoped that the performances during the concert could provide some support during this unfortunate time.

We would like to thank KOCCA Indonesia and iLotte for allowing us to be part of the press conference & we hope for better days in Sulawesi soon!
