[FEATURE] Giddy Up – THE BOYZ Are Out To Win Our Hearts

With the plethora of artists debuting in the scene, it’s no surprise that the competition is fiercer now more than ever. But to K-pop fans’ hearts – the more, the merrier!

That is why when the freshest boy group hailing from Cre.ker Entertainment, ‘THE BOYZ’, debuted in December 2017, we were in awe of how this group stood out and made it to the top of our list of rookies to watch out for.

THE BOYZ consists of twelve members, namely: Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae, Juyeon, Kevin, New, Q, Ju Haknyeon, Hwall, Sunwoo, and Eric. If you’re looking for a new bias, that’s totally a lot to choose from! So if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, check out how each member shines in these catchy and flawless jams!

Boy (소년)
Dashing in their high school uniforms, the 12 members of THE BOYZ wowed us with this crisp production of a powerful house tune, working perfectly together with its synchronized choreography. This debut song’s chorus is strong and impactful, we can’t help but groove!

GIDDY UP
Get that funk out rolling! THE BOYZ returned with a dynamic song that builds up rapidly up to the chorus with its explosive guitar riffs. When they belted out the lyrics ‘Giddy, Giddy Up’, the timing is just right and we knew that we’re ready to roll!

KEEPER
A sweet take from THE BOYZ is this single written and produced by Block B’s Park Kyung. It’s very light and easy to listen to as the vocals are harmonious and free-flowing. A feel-good song complemented with a bright, soft pastel themed music video, ‘KeePer’ surely highlights a cute “boyfriend” version of these charming lads.

WALKIN’ IN TIME
If you’re looking for versatility then THE BOYZ will definitely satisfy your needs. While we got used to listening to their energetic bops, here they offered us a soft, mellow pop song that talks about the heart-wrenching feeling of breaking up. While they say that time heals all wounds, we are sure that this song will help us recover, too.

RIGHT HERE
THE BOYZ released this track from their single album <The Sphere> making it their comeback after five months. With this upbeat, electro-funk song, they entertain us as they continue to make a mark in the K-pop scene – especially having recently won the ‘New Hallyu Rookie Award’ from the ‘Soribada Best K-Music Awards’.
