It was especially intimate for Minhyun and fans to spend his birthday month with L.O.Λ.E through this exclusive online viewing.

Bingsoo is a sweet shaved ice dessert best eaten during the hot summer. Fans were able to see Minhyun make his own bingsoo through this exclusive content. He mentioned he loves eating watermelon and cold noodles to cool down the summer heat.

Minhyun’s special bingsoo recipe includes condensed milk, tapioca pearls, pudding, mangoes, strawberries, brown sugar syrup, chocolate syrup topped with ice cream. So sweet, just like Minhyun himself!

Minhyun decided to name the bingsoo “Hwang Dang Bingsoo” (Hwang’s Sweet Shaved Ice). He chose this name since the bingsoo is sweet as him. This Hwang Emperor really likes his bingsoo since its full with his favourite ingredients. He even suggested L.O.Λ.E to make bingsoo with their favourite ingredients at home.
