[MALAYSIA] KIM SEON HO’s Fans Left in Smiles During His Fan Meeting in Kuala Lumpur

Kim Seon Ho Shared About His Future Project

Korean actor Kim Seon Ho’s first appearance in Kuala Lumpur for 2023 KIM SEON HO ASIA TOUR <ONE, TWO, THREE. SMILE> Press Conference in KUALA LUMPUR which took place at Dadi Cinema, Pavilion has created quite a buzz among his fans and the media. Known for his charming smile and exceptional acting skills, Kim Seon Ho has gained immense popularity not only in South Korea but also internationally. During the press conference, Kim Seon Ho expressed his gratitude towards his fans for their unwavering support as his debut film The Childe charted in Top 10 film in Malaysia cinemas.

Kim Seon Ho shared insights into his upcoming film Tyrant from the same director, Park Hoon Jung. Since it was his second time working with the director, he found that he was able to shoot faster. Upon asking whether he had any role that he would like to try, apparently he had the chance to try each of his desired roles and was thankful over the opportunities. Kim Seonho answered that if he was given a chance, he wants to play an ordinary boy-next-door role. The actor had a funny incident when a fan shouted Sayang which is Darling in Malay but he explained that Sayang means rejection in Korean, which gained laughter from the audience.

Kim Seon Ho Ready to Take the Stage

The venue opened its doors at 8PM, local time with a special VCR marking the start of the event. As the lights dimmed, the man of the hour appeared on stage with his very own rendition of the song Every Day Every Moment, a song famously sung by Paul Kim.

After his beautiful performance, Kim Seon Ho began to express his gratitude to his fans that came to see him at the airport the night before and mentioned that he could feel the loving energy from all his fans. The actor also hopes that all of his fans will have a wonderful time with him during the event. 

This time was also used to talk a bit about his latest film, The Childe. Kim Seon Ho mentioned that he was surprised by the overwhelming response the crowd gave towards the movie and he hopes that they will continue supporting him in all of his future activities. 

He also shared that during the filming of his movie, The Childe, there was a scene that involved him jumping off a bridge and he admitted that this was the scene he was most nervous to shoot for because the actor had a fear of heights.

Kim Seon Ho Created Long-lasting Memories with His Fans

One of the most anticipated events was Seonho’s Works, where the actor used this time to reenact some of his famous scenes with his precious Seonhohadas.

This included scenes from the ever so loved drama, Hometown Cha Cha Cha. One of the highlights during this segment was when the actor reenacted the confession scene in his drama Catch The Ghost but he did it with a twist where he confessed in Bahasa Melayu making the audience scream and applaud with joy. 

The event then continued with more surprises for the fans. A few lucky Seonhohadas had the chance to play games alongside the actor himself. He used this time to get to know his fans and create beautiful memories for them.

The actor also customised a cap for a lucky fan where he drew the Petronas Twin Towers, a hibiscus, a smile and his signature. The lucky fan then got the chance to receive the cap from Kim Seon Ho himself on stage. Throughout the event, Kim Seon Ho proved his love towards his fans by creating as many fan service moments as he could. During his Seon Ho, Do It section, he created a number of photo opportunities for his fans where he showcased his cute and charming ways.

Kim Seon Ho Sharing His Experience with Malaysian Cuisines

When asked whether he has tried any Malaysian dishes, the actor mentioned that he had tried Cendol, Roti Kaya and Teh Tarik. He also said that he really enjoyed eating Cendol as it reminded him of the Korean Patbingsu. Kim Seon Ho shared that during warmer seasons, he prefers to eat colder food and Cendol was truly a refreshing treat for him to beat the Malaysian heat.

Kim Seon Ho also mentioned that one of the places he is looking forward to visiting in Kuala Lumpur is the Jalan Alor Night Market, as he wants to experience the variety of food and the beautiful night life the place has to offer.

“Saya sangat sayang Seonhohadas”

Aside from the many surprises made by the actor, the fans also had a special surprise for their dimple prince.

Towards the end of his fan meeting, the fans played a video which showcased messages from his fans across Malaysia. Throughout the video, Kim Seon Ho was mesmerised and in happiness as he watched the video. The actor expressed his utmost gratitude to his fans and he hopes that they will continue supporting him for years to come.

He ended his fan meet with a special performance of Reason, a song he participated with alongside Epitone Project. All of his fans were also given the opportunity to join a Hi Bye session with the actor where they got to meet him up close before bidding their goodbyes.

Overall, the KIM SEON HO Asian Tour <ONE, TWO, THREE. SMILE> fan meeting in Kuala Lumpur was truly a beautiful memory filled with laughter and smiles.
