[SINGAPORE] Fans Spend A Wonderful Afternoon With Lee Je Hoon At ‘VACATION’ Fan Meet

Fans of Lee Je Hoon rejoiced when it was announced that the talented actor was going to hold his first fan meet titled ‘VACATION‘ in Singapore. Starring as Kim Do Ki in Viu Original’s Taxi Driver 2 which is currently running on air, Lee Je Hoon met fans at the Stephen Riady Auditorium at NTUC on March 25, 2023. It was a rainy day, but fans braved the shower just to see the charismatic and multi-talented actor. It was an afternoon filled with fun games and amazing banter.

Talk time with Lee Je Hoon

Lee Je Hoon was adorable, as he told the audience of his shenanigans from the moment he touched down in Singapore. He told of a time when he felt like going to Sentosa at 5pm but realised too late that it was too dark by the time he reached. He shared with everyone that he was going to Sentosa sometime soon since he missed out on the opportunity previously. Another secret he divulged was that he will be acting in a financial crime genre for his next drama! Lee Je Hoon will be all suited up and speaking in English as well most of the time, so everyone do look forward to it!

When Lee Je Hoon stood up and took off his coat, the audience went wild. It got even louder when he teased fans and started to unbutton his shirt to show off his chest! The MC made sure to stop Lee Je Hoon before the situation got out of control. Afterwards, the MC had everyone prepare their phones to record the actor’s morning call. It was a moment not to be missed, so fans made sure they get to capture Lee Je Hoon’s sexy and magnetic voice on their phones.

He then proceeded to share spoilers for the next episode of Taxi Driver 2, making the fans gasp when he revealed that his character would see himself at a funeral! However, Lee Je Hoon cheered the audience with a cover of LANY’s Thick and Thin. His cheerfulness and sincerity infected everyone, as he moved around the stage to interact with every part of the hall. There was no doubt that the crowd enjoyed the cute performance.

Cockroaches or Ghosts?

For the next segment of the concert, Lee Je Hoon went backstage to change his outfit. He appeared back on the stage in a darling get-up, beaming from ear-to-ear as he greeted the crowd once again. Next up is a “Would you rather?” segment where the actor had to choose between two options on the screen behind. It was entertaining as fans get to have a sneak peek inside Lee Je Hoon’s mind during this part!

He was asked to choose between going for a holiday with a senior actor or a junior actor, and the person who will be going with him will be footing all the expenses. Lee Je Hoon decided that he would rather go for a holiday with a senior actor instead, and shared about a time his mom went on a cruise which started in Singapore. It sounded like an amazing experience, which was why he felt like it would be even nicer if the entire trip was footed by a senior!

When asked to choose between staying at an accommodation which is infested with cockroaches or an accommodation with ghost sightings, the accomplished actor declared that he would rather stay at somewhere haunted! It seems like everyone could relate to his fear of cockroaches, as most of the people in the audience agreed with his decision.

Lucky fans get big hugs!

For the final part of the fan meet, everyone in the audience gets an equal chance of winning an opportunity to go up on stage to take a photo with Lee Je Hoon! Everyone in the crowd had to answer a series of “Yes” or “No” questions. The game started off steadily, with simple questions such as choosing the actor’s real Instagram handle. However, it got to a point where Lee Je Hoon started asking his own questions because Singapore fans were just too good! He even asked the remaining participants questions pertaining to his personal life, which stumped a few people.

In the end, three lucky ladies won the battle! They were invited up on the stage for a photo taking session, but was rewarded with warm hugs from Lee Je Hoon. Cries of envy could be heard in the audience as they witnessed the scene which took place before them. The hall was radiating with energy as Lee Je Hoon captured everyone’s hearts with his affability and striking good looks.

Before long, the time came for Lee Je Hoon to bid everyone goodbye. Fans exclaimed their sadness, telling the actor not to go. The MC had everyone in the audience huddled together for one last big group photo with Lee Je Hoon, who had his back turned away from the audience to pose for the special shot! Afterwards, Lee Je Hoon was constantly waving and bowing to everyone even while he made his way backstage to prepare for the goodbye session, thanking everyone for attending. It was definitely an occasion that will stay on everyone’s minds for a long time.

Do not forget to watch him in action as Kim Dogi in Taxi Driver 2, where he is currently showcasing his acting chops. Seeing Lee Je Hoon in the flesh was a great pleasure, and we would like to thank Viu Singapore for the special opportunity.
