[UPCOMING EVENT] Gray, DPR Live, and Crush to Highlight the Asian Sound Syndicate Vol. 1

This year is shaping up to be an incredible one for Indonesian K-Hip Hop fans. For the first time ever, STELLAR Events will hold the Asian Sound Syndicate Vol. 1 and the line up doesn’t disappoint! Headlining the festival are three household names in South Korean music industry.

First up is the super rookie rapper, DPR Live, a member of the artist collective Dream Perfect Regime. Since his appearance in “Eung Freestyle” alongside notable acts like Flowsik, Owen Ovadoz, Sik-K, and Punchnello, DPR Live has been releasing hits after hits. “Jasmine”, “Playlist”, and “Text Me” are three of his most prominent tracks that will surely get you jamming along. He is also known for collaborating with big names, such as DEAN in “Know Me”, Jay Park and Loco in “Right Here Right Now”, and he even featured in Suzy’s title track “Holiday”. For DPR Live, Asian Sound Syndicate Vol. 1 will be his second visit to Indonesia after his “Coming to You Live World Tour” last year.

Up next is AOMG‘s famous rapper-producer, GRAY, who will be visiting Indonesia for the first time. After appearing in “Show Me the Money Season 5” alongside fellow AOMG artist Simon Dominic, GRAY’s popularity exploded. But even before that, he has been known for his wizard-like skill on the beat. So much so that the “Gray beat”, has become something that many Korean rappers sought after. His repertoire includes “Late Night”, “Summer Night”, “TMI”, “Just Do It”, “Comfortable”, and “Dream Chaser”. He also collaborated on “Action!” with DPR Live, and has produced songs for Tiffany, Wanna One, and Hyolyn.

Last but not least is South Korea’s own prince of R&B, Crush. Formerly an artist under Amoeba Culture, Crush was most commonly known for “Beautiful”, the soundtrack of the phenomenal drama, “Goblin”. However, Crush has been swiping charts and stealing hearts in South Korea long before that. His single “Just” with Zion.T topped the Korean charts, alongside with “Fall”, “Bittersweet”, “Hug Me”, “Woo Ah”, and “Don’t Forget” which featured SNSD’s Taeyeon. Fans will surely be delighted to see him again after he visited Indonesia as one of La La La Fest‘s headline act just few months ago. Who knows, maybe this time we’ll see him perform “Laputa” with DPR Live!
