[INDONESIA] The ReVe Festival from Korea’s Summer Queens

Red Velvet have gained tremendous enthusiasm from fans all over the world through the colorful release titled ‘The ReVe Festival’ in 2019.

‘The ReVe Festival’ Day 1, released on June 19, featured six songs in total. Each of the songs in this album had a distinctive genre. The title track ‘Zimzalabim’ which combines the addictive electro-pop genre through unique drum rhythms, aesthetic scenes, and modern melody, successfully opened the festival. ‘The ReVe FestivalDay 1 topped iTunes Top Albums chart in 28 regions around the world, and number one on the Korean album and music show charts.

On August 20, Red Velvet released ‘The ReVe Festival’ Day 2. It consisted six colorful songs. The title track, ‘Umpah Umpah’, an up-tempo dance single with disco house rhythm, topped the iTunes album charts in 38 regions worldwide and ranked number one on the Korean album and music show charts.

With ‘Red Flavor’ released in 2017, followed by ‘Power Up’ in 2018, up to ‘Umpah-Umpah’ these series of hit songs with fresh charms gave Red Velvet the title “summer queens” in Korea.
